Who We Are:

We are Jon & Mary Rigsby and reside in Olathe, KS. We raised two wonderful sons, have five Grandchildren, and been happily married for well over 55 years. We are entrepreneurs and have always worked as a team.

Mary is a “fly by the seat of her pants” kinda gal and I am a calculating, organized and efficient kinda guy.

Why We Are Here:

On May 1st, 2020, I lost my job because of the COVID-19 Pandemic. As a result, we decided to make our “Plan B” (our Direct Sales Company) our “Plan A”.

As we started ramping it up, we were getting excited but soon realized there was a bottleneck in our system. We were gaining so many Prospects that we found it harder and harder to stay on top of and consistently follow up with each of them. We lost quite a few prospects through sheer neglect.

Our Company, like all Direct Sales Companies, is tuned to acquire Prospects but the systems focus almost solely on Customer and Team management.

We needed our own program to manage Prospects. We also wanted to keep our Prospects private should we ever decide to change Companies.

Where We Are Headed:

An idea crept into my brain while thinking about ways to better manage our growing Prospect Base. In the past, we used an old manual system affectionately dubbed “Fort Knox in a Box”. I started to wonder if I could automate that system and morph it into an even more robust Guest/Prospect Capture and Follow Up system. (Much like those CRM’s are designed to do for large Corporations.)

We began to brain storm it and with Mary’s input of so many fantastic ideas, we put together the framework of what is now the J&M PRM Follow Up Buddy and Event Buddy. They work Independently but also are integrated. One for Capture and the other for Follow Up.

The Buddies are chocked full of powerful tools that work both together and independently toward the ultimate goal of turning a Prospect into a Customer or Team Member.

We have been using the Follow Up Buddy and Event Buddy for some time now (upgrading them along the way). The results have been AMAZING! No one drops through a crack.. We are now 100% on top of all our Prospects and Events and have room for unlimited growth. An even better byproduct is that all those Prospects and Guests are in our own private system and are not visible to the Company or anyone else.
